1. Introduction, Founder’s Vision & Acceptance

Preamble Pyramid Seva Dal (hereafter “the Organization”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a non‑profit, charitable trust established by the visionary spiritual teacher Brahmarshi Patriji on 31st December 2015. Rooted in the principles of meditation, selfless service, and holistic development, we operate globally to foster human potential and community welfare. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pyramid Seva Dal governing your access to and use of our website, donation platforms, volunteer programs, events, crowdfunding campaigns, and all associated services (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms, including the strict no‑refund, no‑cancellation policy (Section 6), the mandatory online‑transaction requirement (Section 7), and the crowdfunding provisions (Section 5). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our Services.

2. Eligibility, Account & Accuracy of Information

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity. You agree to provide true, accurate, and up‑to‑date information during any registration, donation, or crowdfunding contribution, and to update it promptly if changes occur. Pyramid Seva Dal reserves the right to verify the information provided and to suspend or terminate access if we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

3. Permitted Use, Volunteer Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Our Services are offered exclusively for lawful, ethical, and constructive purposes, including learning about our initiatives, making voluntary donations, participating in crowdfunding campaigns, registering as a volunteer, attending meditation camps, and accessing educational resources. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose;
  • Engage in scraping, data mining, reverse engineering, or any automated access without our written consent;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with Pyramid Seva Dal or Brahmarshi Patriji;
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code that may disrupt the integrity of our Services;
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation (including anti‑money laundering and anti‑terrorism financing laws);
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any volunteer, staff member, or beneficiary of the Organization.

Volunteers are ambassadors of Brahmarshi Patriji’s vision. Any misconduct, breach of trust, or behaviour detrimental to the Organization’s reputation may result in immediate termination of volunteer status, removal from events, and legal action if warranted.

4. Donations, Tax Deductibility & Allocation

All donations (including those made through crowdfunding campaigns) are purely voluntary and signify your support for our charitable mission. Depending on your country of residence, donations may be eligible for tax deductions (e.g., under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act, or similar provisions in the USA, UK, EU, etc.). It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the tax treatment of your contribution. Pyramid Seva Dal reserves the right to allocate funds to any of its programmes or operational needs, ensuring maximum impact. For crowdfunding campaigns, funds are applied toward the specific project described, but if a campaign’s goal is exceeded or unforeseen circumstances arise, surplus funds may be redirected to similar charitable activities.

5. Crowdfunding Campaigns – Specific Terms

Pyramid Seva Dal may from time to time launch crowdfunding campaigns to raise funds for specific projects, emergency relief, or community initiatives. By contributing to a crowdfunding campaign, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Project Descriptions: We make every effort to accurately describe the purpose, goals, and intended use of funds for each campaign. However, circumstances may change, and we reserve the right to adjust project scope or timelines as necessary to achieve the charitable objective.
  • Fund Utilization: Contributions will be used primarily for the stated campaign purpose. If a campaign does not reach its funding goal, we may still execute the project to the extent possible using available funds, or combine with other resources. If a campaign is cancelled or cannot be completed, funds will be redirected to a related charitable activity of similar nature, as determined by our board.
  • No Equity or Returns: Crowdfunding contributions are donations, not investments. You are not entitled to any ownership, equity, profit-sharing, or financial return from the project.
  • Communication: We commit to providing regular updates to backers on campaign progress via email or our website. However, we cannot guarantee specific timelines for updates.
  • No Refunds: As with all donations, crowdfunding contributions are subject to our strict no‑refund and no‑cancellation policy (Section 6).

6. Strict No‑Refund & No‑Cancellation Policy

⚠️ ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS.
By completing any transaction through Pyramid Seva Dal, including donations, crowdfunding contributions, event fees, or merchandise purchases, you explicitly and irrevocably waive any right to cancel the payment or demand a refund, except where non‑waivable consumer protection laws apply. This no‑refund policy is a fundamental condition of our accepting your support, enabling us to plan and execute our projects with certainty.

We are not responsible for any loss arising from transactions made outside these official channels. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you are using a legitimate, authorized payment method. By using our Services, you confirm that you will never attempt to make or facilitate payments through personal accounts, and you agree that any such payment is made at your own risk and violates these Terms.
